Do you store my clients’ documents?
No. When you connect your own cloud (Google Drive first), uploads route straight there. Collecto keeps only the checklist, the validation result, and a pointer to the file. We take a transient, encrypted copy solely for the AI check, then delete it. Prefer zero setup? A short-retention encrypted Collecto bucket is the fallback.
Does my client need an account or an app?
No. They tap the link, upload on their phone, and answer any questions. No login, no app, no password. That is the whole point — friction kills completion.
What does the AI actually check?
It reads each upload and verifies the document type, the period it covers, whether it is readable, and whether anything is missing — then flags issues and auto-names the file. A human still approves; the AI just does the first pass.
